Together. Telling God's Story.
Life isn’t meant to be lived alone. We have several areas of ministry that exist to help our guests and our church family connect with God and each other so they may develop a personal faith that’s growing, and a growing faith that’s serving. We welcome guests as much as members to come connect and do ministry with others and be ministered to.
Kids In Motion: Children, ages 0 to 12
Our Children Ministry’s ultimate purpose is to show our children the love of Jesus and to show them how to shine that love through themselves.
We believe that children are one of the most precious gifts God has blessed us with. We believe that a Godly foundation in their lives is the most important thing we can teach them. Our leaders take this task very seriously, and we do our very best to build that foundation for our precious children. Thank you for trusting us with your blessings!
To accomplish these goals we strive to provide our children with many engaging and age-appropriate activities. We now have four age groups to teach kids Biblical concepts in a way that reaches them best. Our Growers (ages 0-2), Jumpers (ages 3-5), Movers (ages 6-8), and Shakers (ages 9-12). We want to help kids grow in their relationship with God so they can jump up and move and shake this world for Jesus!
Please see any of our kids’ ministry leaders below for more information or just to talk.
IGNITE: Teens ages 12 to 18
2 Timothy 4:12 “Do not let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith, and in purity.”
Anyone from 7th Grade to 12th Grade is welcome to attend our regularly scheduled youth meeting after service on Sundays from 12:30p – 2:30p. Lunch is provided for free.
We also hold special events to hang out, have fun, and get to know God and each other better. Please like our facebook page to stay up to date on events! You can also see one of our leaders below for more information on events or just to talk.
Supporting, educating, and encouraging each other in ministry and beyond.
Our purpose is to equip women for…
LIFE, by providing opportunities for personal growth, believing that every women is valued as a role model of Biblical truth to her family, her work, her church, and her community.
MINISTRY, by engaging them in fruitful and fulfilling service to our Lord, believing that every woman is gifted by God and should have the opportunity to develop that gift.
MISSIONS, by promoting acts of community service, outreach, and encouraging all women to be involved in our yearly mission trips.
It is our goal at Coast Community Church to promote spiritual growth and maturity in women, reflecting our belief in the authority of God’s Word, preeminence of Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, and life in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Our Goal is to be and reproduce men after God’s own heart.
“As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” – Proverbs 27:17
The Men’s Ministry of Coast Community Church has been an active, vital, loving part of the church’s ministry since CCC’s beginnings over 10 years ago. Our aspiration is the active pursuit of men in order to connect them to God, His Word, and other men for the purpose of winning, growing, and training them in Christ.
At Coast Community Church, this charge is accomplished through discipleship in weekly small men’s group meetings; conferences targeted to the uniquely spiritual needs of men; activities that provide services for members of the church family; activities designed for eating, competing, and enjoying the fellowship of other men; and trips to conferences and other events designed to strengthen a man’s “walk.”
We have several regular events for the men including men’s community, the Ironman Breakfast, and our Saturday workdays. We also have many upcoming activities for men and sponsored by our men. God uses the heart and life of anyone who chooses to make himself available to Him. The CCC’s Men’s Ministry will continue to seek His will in all our activities and endeavors. Join us for the “Joy of the Lord!”

Frontline Music Department
What is praise and worship at Coast Community like? Praise and worship at CCC is about giving God the glory and the honor that He deserves. Frontline Worship seeks to serve the body by inspiring true, passionate praises to our God, as well as deep, powerful, life-changing worship. The team seeks to explore many different genres of music in order to appeal to the diversity of the body. Modern praise and worship songs, hymns, scripture and even silence can be used as Holy Spirit leads. The main goal of the music ministry at CCC is to allow Holy Spirit to move in the people and usher them into the presence of God.
Our music ministry currently involves the Worship Team Band and Choir, as well as special music. We are always looking for new faces to be a part of the team. Previous experience is not required as we are willing to train and work with those interested in developing their musical abilities. Currently, Roberto Rodriguez is the Front Line Music Ministry Director. Please see him for more information about the Frontline Music Ministry.
Audio, Video, Lights, and Technology Department
Our AVL and Technology ministry is an ever-evolving one. Currently this ministry area includes the audio, lighting and video presentation during our worship services, website administration, video production and disbursement, and audio recording and disbursement. We are seeking to push the envelope of the use of technology to the best of our ability to serve God and this church family with the resources we have available. We’ve recently been able to add live video streaming as well as other video projects and some new team members as well!
This ministry is a “behind the scenes” service ministry which assists the Frontline Music Ministry and the creative ministries of our church to produce the highest quality presentation in order to glorify God. See Joshua Dacus if you are interested in being part of the team. Again, no experience is needed and we would love to train anyone interested.
The Hospitality Team is here to lend a hand in any way we can on a Sunday morning or for special events. Whether we are greeting CCC family and guests at the front door, passing out bulletins and Sunday notes, helping people find a seat or showing guests around to the kids’ classes, nursery, or bathroom, our goal is to do whatever we can to help others enjoy CCC and meet God in a practical, tangible way.
The Hospitality Team is a great team to join whether you have been around for a few weeks or years. We are always looking for more helping hands!
We have a team that meets each Sunday morning before service to pray for the needs of the church and individuals. You can join them in the foyer any time you’d like! We also have elders and others who are available any time – day or night – to pray for you. Prayer requests can also be left at the Welcome Counter. During the service, we also have several people who are up front who will be happy to pray with you.
Participating in membership at Coast Community Church is extremely important and something not to be taken lightly. Because of this, we handle membership slightly different than some other churches may. We realize that membership has its privileges, but more importantly, it has its responsibilities. At CCC, our visitors are of utmost importance to us, and can truly be a part of who we are without becoming members. If however, visitors feel led by the Holy Spirit to affiliate with Coast Community, we have a set of requirements of which each potential member will be made aware before joining the church. Anyone can be a part of the body without any responsibilities for as long as they choose, but in order to become a member and function fully in ministry or to be considered for leadership, he or she must fully understand and be able to commit to the following membership covenant.
The Membership Convenant includes statements about the following:
- Seeking to make God top priority
- Protecting the Unity of the Church
- Sharing in the Evangelistic Outreach of the Church
- Serving the Ministry of Jesus' Kingdom
- Supporting the Testimony of the Church
